Purpose Publishing Terms and Conditions
DISTRIBUTOR will sell Purpose Publishing products according to the Independent Distributor price list provided in the Independent Distributors package. DISTRIBUTOR agrees to wholesale posters under the conditions that his/her company records their wholesale customer’s Tax ID number and does not charge them sales tax. For wholesale quantities of 50 posters or more, Purpose Publishing pays DISTRIBUTOR 15% of that sale.
For Custom Labeled Bulk sales delivered by Purpose Publishing to or for DISTRIBUTOR, Purpose Publishing pays DISTRIBUTOR 30% of that sale. DISTRIBUTOR agrees not to reproduce any Purpose Publishing products or use the Purpose Publishing or Black Miracles name, logo or likeness unless authorized by Purpose Publishing in writing.
DISTRIBUTOR also agrees to use ONLY the advertising and sales material provided by Purpose Publishing in the Independent Distributors package, unless authorized by Purpose Publishing. Purpose Publishing agrees to pay DISTRIBUTOR a 15% commission (on initial package purchased) for any Independent Distributor(s) referred to Purpose Publishing buy his/her business and an additional 3% commission for any sales the new Independent Distributor referral generates.
