			The Honorable Assemblyman William D. Payne meets with Ray Mapp of Purpose Publishing and Jamil Raheem of Raheem Enterprises to discuss strategies for implementing the new Amistad law authored by Assemblyman Payne himself.

		Assemblyman Payne hears production plans from Ray Mapp in reference to the production of a documentary that examines the author - Assemblyman Payne, as well as the making and subsequent passing of the landmark Amistad legislation.   The TOUCH Inc. has agreed to facilitate the funding of this documentary production through various fundraising efforts. 					Assemblyman Payne & Ray Mapp present honored graduates at Chad Academy High School Graduation 2003 with the Black Miracles Poster. The Graduation was held at the Newark Museum in Newark, New Jersey.
